With My Account, you can:

  • Pay your bill with a credit/debit card or savings/checking account.
  • View your energy usage over the past 13 months.
  • Set up high-usage alerts.
  • Receive billing and outage notifications by email, text or phone.
  • View and report power outages.
  • Enroll in billing and payment programs.
  • Set up guest users and grant them various levels of access.

And more!

What you need to get started: Your ײƵ account number and the last four digits of your federal Tax ID number or Social Security number.

Energy Analytics: Only through My Account


Energy Analytics is an online analytics tool that identifies money-saving opportunities tailored just for your business. Energy Analytics is available for all business accounts through My Account. Energy Analytics gives you deeper insights about your energy use including:

  • Bill cost and energy usage trends.
  • Usage breakdowns in hourly increments by application.
  • Weather impacts.
  • Customized recommendations.

Getting started is simple! Tell us a little about your facility and you'll receive customized energy efficiency and electrification recommendations. Plus, we'll include potential payback with recommendations to help you prioritize.

Energy Analytics is only available through My Account, so enroll today!

How to access Energy Analytics through My Account

2. Select “Usage” and then “Energy Analytics” to get started.

If there is already someone at your business enrolled in My Account, they can invite you as a guest user. You’ll get all the functionality of Energy Analytics.
